6. How do I get a WAS eCard?

eCards will be sent via SMS to the mobile number entered against your worker’s profile during registration.

Your worker will be prompted to save the eCard to the mobile wallet application on their phone.

If you have entered a generic mobile number, the owner of that number will need to forward the SMS onto the worker.

If a worker does not have a mobile phone number against their profile, an eCard cannot be issued.

Workers will also be automatically invited to join the Workforce Mobile Application (this may take up to 24 hours after verification). The invitation will be sent via email from Avetta to the email address recorded against the worker’s profile.

The Workforce Mobile Application will contain their digital access card which they can use to gain access to approved Zinfra sites. Workers can also complete their online induction via the app.
